Meet Logan Miller, Director of Product Development

Logan Miller, MediGO’s director of product development, brings a unique perspective from within the donation and transplantation industry.

After earning his degree at Purdue University, Logan became certified as a forensic investigator working for Indiana’s fifth largest coroner’s office. His work as a coroner introduced him to the field of organ donation and transplantation.

“I had the opportunity to work through the complex logistics of authorizing recovery and collecting evidence for potential donors,” says Logan. “This work sparked a passion in me for saving lives through donation and transplantation and honoring the donor heroes and donor families who say ‘yes’ to the gift of life.”

Logan gained experience at three leading organ procurement organizations (OPOs), where he held the titles of coroner liaison, forensic coordinator and medical examiner liaison. He also served as chair of the Forensic and Funeral Home Workgroup for the Association of Organ Procurement Organizations (AOPO), a non-profit organization that represents dozens of OPOs at the national level.

Prior to joining MediGO, Logan worked alongside the organization as a marketing specialist for FireStarter, LLC, MediGO’s dedicated marketing strategy team, where he gained experience with living kidney donation and paired kidney exchange.

“When I started working with MediGO, I was immediately impressed by their ability to think big,” says Logan. “This team is dedicated to the continuous pursuit of technological advances that increase equity and access to lifesaving organs and tissue.”

As MediGO’s director of product development, he’s now working to help digitally transform the organ and tissue donation process through the creation and launch of several new software solutions.
