Meet the man that makes things happen! Chetan (Pronounced Chay-than) has been with MediGO for close to two years. In that time, he has helped to create the wonderful office culture that attracts the best talent in the industry.
Paydenkar brings more than fifteen years of experience in strategic leadership, healthcare industry knowledge, technology and operational management expertise to MediGO.
“Chetan brings a proven track record of years of technology and most recently, highly specific med-tech systems development and implementation building technology platforms, which save lives. Most importantly, Chetan shares the MediGO values of respecting donors and their loved ones, and in realizing the promise of technology to streamline and improve medical care for organ transplantation,” added Scott Plank, co-founder of MediGO.
As General Manager, Paydenkar leads and manages product development, streamlining customer communication and providing the pivot point between leadership, stakeholders and strategic industry partners. Paydenkar is building out the team to drive organizational growth and change management as MediGO focuses its resources with the goal of growing the accessibility and affordability of organ transplantation.

Paydenkar developed his broad skill set with years developing ever more responsible skill sets of research, recommendation and implementation with globally recognized organizations. Most recently, Chetan was a leader at Evolent Health where he partnered with globally renowned health systems to drive their transformation to value-based care. He has directly applicable expertise gained with PwC, where he worked with healthcare payers, providers and pharmaceutical companies on consumer-oriented market strategy and helped launch the cloud platforms consulting practice.
Paydenkar’s early career is anchored as a software systems engineer with key tech industry disrupters Analog Devices and National Semiconductor Corp. He has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, a MS in Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a BS in Engineering from Calvin University.
He is instrumental to the growth of MediGO and we look forward to his guidance.
