MediGO VP of Commercialization Kim Coughlin oversees marketing, sales and customer success. She joined the company in 2021 as U.S. director of sales with an extensive background in the medical technology industry.
A top performer while working for leading medical device companies Stryker and Zimmer Biomet, Coughlin says she has always enjoyed working closely with C-suite executives at hospitals and healthcare systems, and has appreciated opportunities to teach surgeons and nurses about products and solutions.
Coughlin says her medical device and healthcare background gives her a greater appreciation for MediGO’s work to innovate and implement disruptive technologies. Her team has been instrumental in showcasing solutions designed for transplant center and organ procurement organization (OPO) teams.
In fact, it’s the connection to mission that brought Coughlin to MediGO in the first place. “MediGO has given me the opportunity to be part of something that can directly improve and save patient lives. I’m incredibly grateful for that,” she says. “Our team is dedicated to continuously improving this first-of-its-kind technology to transform the way healthcare is delivered. I continue to be impressed by how our customers are using our products to increase the number and quality of organs available for transplant.”

When she isn’t traveling the country meeting with customers, Coughlin enjoys spending time with her husband and three energetic little boys. From football and lacrosse games to fishing and exploring outside, Christopher, Cooper and Quinn keep her and her husband very busy.
With the time that remains, Coughlin makes sure to also prioritize running, yoga, golf with her husband, traveling and working out on her Peloton.
